My boyfriend has just recently made three new blogs! (welcome to web 2.0 era, dear! xD)
Anyway this is probably unnecessary but since this is kinda hilarious (for us), so I think I may promote his blog link here, right? xD

http://www.ebnu.livejournal.com
http://www.ebnu.wordpress.com
http://www.ebnu.tumblr.com

His name is so simple that he can even use it directly for his link/username (this is a rare case for most of names, and this proves that his name is uncommon).
Currently he is an renowned epic fail author, so he has no idea and kinda confused with what he should fill in his blogs; any ideas? xD
He spent hours trying to figure out what he should write for his first post. He wanted to translate his stories (originally written in Indonesian) to English, but he said it would be too unfeasible and time-consuming to do so. He promised me to update his blogs regularly, but let's see if this will work out since he's not that good in keeping promises like this. For example, he said he wanna keep his daily logs in Google Docs, but in fact the project halted before it began. xD
I've been an LJ user for quite few years, so I assisted him in basic revamping for his livejournal. Although I can't help much with wordpress and tumblr, since I'm not that familiar with them, and I never found wordpress as customizable as livejournal (CSS is way much more friendly than HTML, IMO).

As a follow up of my previous post, I feel like posting my subjective review again, even if it's clearly unimportant. I know this has been broadcasted a few weeks ago on NHKG, 23 Jan 2012 to be exact, and DL this a week ago, but just finished watching it because the subtitle has just been released recently, thanks to ProjectSUB48.

With a 49min runtime, this recording is not so far different from the first one, except that it uses alphabet sequence from A to Z to describe the events randomly. Should I break down the alphabets? I think I'm gonna spoil the fun for those who haven't watched it >> decided to write them all but hide it in the cut. xD

This post will mostly be dominated with gratitude. I've just finished my third semester and surprisingly my GPA for the latest semester has improved kinda significant compared to previous semesters. When I checked out my final marks for each subject through my account, I was kinda shocked - well, the title very much said it. Yes, I did contribute some extra effort, especially for some subjects which I was pretty confident at, but I also stared in blankness for a split second when I saw my final marks - is this for real? Apparently, it is. Therefore, I'd rather be grateful, and having higher hopes for the next semester. Huge thanks to my private tutor also who has patiently explained me, esp. for that certain subject (guess what? Cost Accounting). xD I guess optimism will generate a nice result if I can eliminate my skepticism and panicky behavior. :)

Moving to another unrelated topic. Yesterday I attended the closing event for MUSIC 3LOGY 3, an annual music show event held by SMA Don Bosco 2. The primary reason why I was willing to attend this event is because my dear sister was performing a dance number (she is a member of the school group dancers). In fact, at first I'm considering to attend this event for the sole purpose of her. If there's an added bonus, that would be a nostalgia; meeting my old friends and teachers from the high school. It's nice to meet and converse lightly with them. After all, this school is one thing that I was fond of. :)

Guest stars: Souljah, Tangga, Naif, Ello, etc. I arrived at around 6.30pm, waiting for my friend Kenny to show up. I left at around 10pm, after Tangga (band) done performing; my legs are all sore and stiff after standing for approximately 2 hours. I'm not into Indonesian music but I gotta say their performance is nice; and their songs are pretty catchy and exceptional. :)

Permanent: Namie Amuro.
Temporary: none specific at the moment. I tend to have a seasonal idol syndrome every now and then, but right now I think I don't have any. xD

If you were to make an album consisting of only covers, which songs would you pick to sing?

Not sure 'bout me, because my voice is not that sufficient even for karaoke, but I'm sure as hell my partner would do covers of "How Deep Is Your Love" by Bee Gees, in at least 10 different versions (even though his voice is not that outstanding as well, IMO, sorry dear no offense xP). He's truly madly deeply addicted to that song to the level which I can't even describe in words. xD

Today I watched the "Dream On" performance at 4pm, and yesterday I watched "The Story" performance at 2pm in Teater Jakarta, TIM. They were special annual performances which were held by Namarina, a renowned ballet school in Jakarta, and this year they also celebrated their 55th Anniversary with the theme "Moving On".

Today is a momentous day for my partner. He’s participating as one of the upcoming leader candidates for an organization called KUKSA (Keluarga Umat Katolik Sivitas Akademika). For those of you who don’t know about it yet, it’s a Catholic organization in my faculty, which means the members are mainly the students of FEUI. The presentations and the voting took place today at 12pm noon, in the room B.104 (Friday is the weekly gathering day for KUKSA’s members, and today’s main event is only the election). I gotta be honest, I rarely – or maybe even almost never – attend this weekly gathering, not because I’m too busy, but because I’m too lazy and I just don’t feel that comfortable around the people. Don’t get me wrong, they’re kind and friendly, but then again I choose not to be actively involved. Today I exclusively spared my time, got my nerves, and cut my shame to attend because, well, as a nice partner, I think I should support him. TBH I’m also kinda curious to see the presentation of other candidates as well. At the beginning I was not that confident to show up there, but I decided to come – and I gotta say it’s worth it. Plus, because it’s an annual crucial event, lots of people showed up, including the passively-involved people who are like me in common. So I’m not alone. xD

Full details of the event please click under the cut. )

Yes you heard it right, I mean, read it right; it's not "the", but "my". Hey, I'm trying to be specific in here. Caution: it's gonna be a random rambling/rants, except this is pretty unusual compared to my previous ramblings. As a preface, totally useless but important FYI, my external HDD (hard disk drive) which is such a keepsake for me is BROKEN. Yup, you have no idea how brokenhearted I was when I found out that the optical lens or whatever inside it was not in place because the HDD was not that high quality and it turns out to be vulnerable (I often carry it because, well, it's supposed to be a thing that you can bring on-the-go). As a result, all my PRECIOUS files inside it are... MISSING. Great, right? I even had no time to cry over it. All those hours of searching and internet speeds I've spent to download all those stuffs (it contains mostly various HD videos, J-pop, K-pop, etc. which were too well-organized and tagged). Glad I already have some other thing inside my mind to distract my sadness; that is, LOVE (yes I'm sorry but this post is purposely intended to be over-the-top since this is my first success story of my love life). Guess I had to change my skeptical perspective about S.O. from now on. xD

Anyway since I'm with him it's such a dilemma; I faced an unavoidable tradeoff (guess this is the most appropriate term of Economics to be used) between hoping long holidays and expecting the new college term to begin because his hometown is kinda far from my hometown. Not that far though, but pretty far to be unable not to miss him. xP I'm starting my 2nd year now, 3rd term... It's gonna be rougher than my 1st year (you betcha, it's Accounting major), but hopefully not that rough to pass. Anyway currently I feel both loved and lucky, so thank God... and my parents for granting me the permission for my relationship. =)

P.S.: he's completely fine, good-looking, well-groomed, smart, etc. except that sometimes I just can't handle his overly drastic narcissism and hideous laugh. *sorry dear* xD
